Cancellation & Refund Policy
Can I Change Or Cancel My Booking?
Once your booking has been confirmed and scheduled with our team we are unable to change, cancel or modify without incurring additional charges.
We require payment in full for your event upon completion of the event service agreement. We offer a partial refund for events that are cancelled due to changes with the event, weather conditions or other emergencies. If an event is cancelled within 7 days of the event date we will not be able to issue any refund of payment.
When we confirm and book your event we are reserving our talent, time, equipment and logistics to best service you and ensure your event is professional and memorable.
Our mission is to best serve our clients and our refund policy allows us to dedicate our time and focus to making your event entertainment the best we can possible provide.
